Lydie has more than 15 years of successful experience in business management, providing strategic and operations leadership. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Lyon, France.
Dynamic, and results-oriented, she is a leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced corporate and non-profit organizations in Rwanda and Europe.
She utilizes keen analysis and insights, and a team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. She has superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex (sales, legal, financial, operational) issues and motivating staff to peak performance.
She is the founder and Managing at ML Corporate Services Ltd a trust company service provider licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda, serving corporate, and private clients and also providing a range of structuring, company secretarial, corporate trustee, accounting, taxation, legal, compliance, and fund administration services.
Passionate about serving and giving back to the community, Lydie has been a member of Rotary International for the past 14 years, a volunteer at Rwanda Cancer Relief, and a mentor at Baobab Platform Mentorship Program (Mastercard Foundation, GGBC, “Mentoring Generation Africa”.
